OSV INSTITUTE WEBINAR: HUMAN RESOURCE AND EMPLOYMENT CONSIDERATIONS FOR RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS

Posted: 09/17/2020 | News

An organization’s ability to achieve its religious mission is dependent on the freedom to select its staff. This freedom, however, is not automatic. As recent Supreme Court cases have shown, faith-based nonprofits must take proactive measures in employment matters to claim religious liberty protections. In this upcoming webinar hosted by Matt Smith PhD, Director of Strategic Alliances, OSV Institute invites Napa Legal to discuss new developments in religious liberty and employment law and how faith-based organizations should respond.
